VICVAC Electronics aims to ensure that all employees can enjoy a free, equal, fair, safe, and dignified workplace and conditions, leading to the path of decent work at VICVAC.

  Respect individual dignity, privacy, and other personal rights;

●  Adhere to laws and regulations, establish and maintain an effective recruitment system or age verification procedure for VICVAC Electronics, and prevent the recruitment of any form of child labor;

●  Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of underage workers and interns in accordance with the law, including filing and registering with local labor departments, conducting regular physical examinations, restricting overtime, prohibiting night shift work or engaging in hazardous positions, etc;

●  Respect the rights of employees, including freedom of association, peaceful assembly, participation or non participation in trade unions, selection of employee representatives, etc; Establish an employee appeal mechanism or channels;

●  Prohibit the use of any form of forced labor;

●  Ensure that employees are not subject to any form of discrimination, such as gender, age, race, nationality, religious belief, disability, political affiliation, etc;

●  Ensure that employees are not subjected to cruel or inhumane treatment, including any form of sexual harassment, abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical oppression, verbal abuse, threats, etc;

●  Work hours and wages, comply with local wage regulations and/or collective agreements, provide fair, timely, and sufficient compensation to employees, ensure that all employees enjoy statutory benefits, and do not withhold employee wages.
