VICVAC Electronics complies with regulations and customer requirements regarding prohibited and restricted substances, including hazardous substances and conflict minerals. Similarly, we also require suppliers to ensure that the goods provided to VICVAC Electronics comply with all relevant regulations regarding the scope of prohibited or restricted substances.

●  All products produced by VICVAC Electronics must comply with global environmental laws, customer requirements, and our company's green product management procedures to meet the HSF non hazardous substance requirements for products, components, raw materials, packaging or auxiliary materials, and processes, including not using hazardous substance certification letters and conflict minerals, and conducting due diligence to confirm the source of minerals;

●  Suppliers of VICVAC Electronics shall ensure that the goods provided to VICVAC Electronics comply with all relevant laws and regulations, customer requirements of our company, and the scope of prohibited or restricted substances specified in the green product management program, including RoHs guarantee agreements, as well as submitting CRMT forms or commitment letters not to use conflict minerals;

●  In the Hazardous Substance Process Management (HSPM) system, written information related to hazardous substance control applicable to laws, regulations, and customer requirements includes:

1) Supplier declaration or contract agreement regarding environmental compliance;

2) Technical documents/archives;

3) Declaration of conformity;

4) Safety Data Sheet/Material Safety Data Sheet;

5) Material declaration for electrical industry products;

6) Chemical composition declaration;

7) Testing report;

8) International authoritative database or platform.
